This raffle is being held for Parent Association of Loreto 91-93 Pennant Hills Road, Normanhurst, NSW, 2076.

The raffle commences on the 28th of August 2024, closes on the 3rd of November 2024 and will be drawn on the 3rd of November 2024 at 91-93 Pennant Hills Road Normanhurst at 2:00pm. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at faceonline.loretonh.nsw.edu.au and www.rafflelink.com.au/springfair2024mazda. MAZDA CX-3 G20 Sport CAR RAFFLE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Spring Fair Mazda CX-3 G20 Sport Car Raffle Draw is organised by the Parent Association of Loreto (PAL) and all proceeds will be used by PAL to support the aims of the School.
2. The raffle is a game of chance.
3. Entry is open to those 18 years and over only.
4. Entry into the raffle is not tax deductible, therefore no tax-deductible receipt will be provided.
5. The cost of each ticket is 1 for $20, 2 for $40, 3 for $60, 4 for $80, 6 for $100, 10 for $150 and 50 for $500. There are 10,000 tickets available for purchase. Multiple tickets may be purchased. The tickets are only available through RaffleLink, and payment must be made at the time of purchase.
6. Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, 28 August 2024.  
7. No refunds or credits will be available post purchase of the ticket.
8. As the organiser of this raffle, PAL reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund tickets if a minimum of 2600 ticket sales are not achieved.
9. One prize is being offered; 1st prize is a 2024 Mazda CX-3 G20 Sport in Jet Black with a retail value of $29,990 at the time of raffle advertisement.
10. The prize includes on-road costs (stamp duty, 12 months registration, compulsory third-party insurance and dealer delivery charges), 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty, 5 year premium roadside assistance, GST, premium white plates, full tank of fuel and carpet floor mats, but does not include comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. PAL strongly recommends that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner before the winner takes possession of the vehicle. All optional extras and accessories such as tinted windows, and any other insurance not stated, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are not included.
11. If the winner would like to add additions to the car such as tinted windows this can be arranged with Hornsby Mazda and paid for separately.
12. The prize will be drawn on Sunday, 3 November at 2:00pm at the Loreto Normanhurst Spring Fair.
13. The winner will be notified by telephone if not present at the Spring Fair at the time of the draw and will also receive an automated email notification from RaffleLink.
14. The initials of the winner and the ticket number will be published in the Loreto Normanhurst newsletter in the next edition after the prize has been drawn and on the School website.
15. The winner is responsible for making suitable arrangements with Hornsby Mazda to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information including a valid NSW Driver’s license and completing the necessary paperwork to transfer title and registration on the vehicle.
16. The car must be picked up from the Hornsby Mazda dealership within 7 days of the raffle being drawn.
17. Membership of the Parent Association Executive and its sub-committees will not preclude participation in this raffle draw.
18. This raffle has the support of Loreto Normanhurst.
19. Loreto Normanhurst staff members will not be precluded from participation in this raffle draw.
20. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the holding of the raffle will ultimately be determined by PAL. Once PAL has made its determination, no other correspondence will be entered into.
21. Only NSW residents are permitted to enter this raffle.
22. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Persons under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.

Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations. Prizes may be substituted, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements. Some images are display only and may not be a true reflection of the prize.
